"Visited this place a few times during the past few months, a very low profile condo from outside, but decent unit size and well renovated.. also very exclusive for less than 20 units here"

"The neighborhood is pretty secluded so you probably have to drive if you are staying here. Reception of this condo is kind of weird as you can't really stop (the entrance is a looping semi circle) and for you to go to the car park, you have to drive down 3-4 floors down to reach the underground. The hassle with this condo is the lift. I like that it is very protected, but for guests to enter the units, you basically have to take the lift up without tapping a card or pressing the lift floor, and trust that the owner has indicated (by some system) to get the lift to bring you up. For me, it's just weird and not assuring to be stuck in the lift while you wait for it to stop."
