"Exclusive, with only 45 units over 12 floors. Well-maintained. Great location. Love the pool with its jacuzzi. Practical & functionally and aesthetically well-designed floor plans, regardless of whether its a 3-bedder or a 4-bedder. Excellent management committee and management corporation team. Overall, a cordial, warm and pleasant ambience."

"Good value for money, if you're looking for a 4-bedroom, considering total square footage and the excellent location. Master bedroom is a decent size but the other rooms are much smaller. Not great for families with younger kids but good for older couples with older kids. That's because there isn't really much place for the kids to play. The pool is nice but small. The gym is awful. Otherwise, the apartments are well maintained and are relatively new and the ones that face the Malaysian embassy have a wonderful view get a lot of light."
