"Resort style living with many greeneries. Many swimming pools at 1st level and 3rd level. 3rd level swimming pools and jacuzzi will have some privacy. Many carpark lots available and usually not a problem to have 2-3 parking lots. if you like nature this is an ideal condo for you because its very near to beach. Very windy because many units facing NS direction. No afternoon sun. EW facing stacks also no afternoon because its blocked by another condo project besides Seastrand. Daily shuttle bus service available including Sunday (half day). One project around the vicinity does not have a bus shuttle service. So Im grateful that this MCST really takes care of residences not to mention many family carnivals during festive seasons. Owners are reluctant to sell their units so there is not many transactions. With total of 471 units, this condo is not crowded. There is also a mini mart at the back gate. "

"Best condo Ive stayed. Lovely neighbors, friendly security, excellent gardeners (weve got very healthy Monsteras around the pool), cleaners! Carpark lots are spacious and aplenty. Very relaxing environment, feels like a resort. Theres also a well stocked mini mart, a barber.. Were blessed to be staying here "

"It's a nice condominium with many pools and other amenities. We viewed an apartment here and we liked it very much but the landlord considered another offer even though we offered more. Not sure why"

"I have lived here for almost a year now and its definitely the best condo I have lived so far. So many trees and pools that fill the place up nicely with green and blue colors. Everything is also very clean and security is tight enough but not too tight. Its like permanent stay at a resort :)"
