Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. "If you are looking for a family-like neighbourhood with friendly, compromising & thoughtful residents, then this is not a place for you. Some residents, esp those in council, complaint about the smallest things. On another occasion, i have a neighbour who complained about loud voices/laughter at balcony (rare friends gathering) at about midnite. i felt apologetic. however, days later, that unit also made similar noises at about same time. basically, dislike such selfiah acts. Next, some security guards needed to attend customer service courses. Rude, disrespectful & unreasonable. i know they have a job to do, but i think theres many ways to communicate and everyone prefers a more pleasant disposition."

"Despite living on high floor, the noise is loud and constant throughout the day. Weekends may be a tad better but if u r someone who values your peace and quietness, this is not for you. Balcony is huge and a bit of a waste considering the units are overall small. Management is quite inflexible at times. 13min walk to the mrt is definitely a plus."

"Really love the facilities. Totally unblocked view, windy, and also comes w sunset view. Pool under shelter , decent size of the gym. Mins walk to Boon Keng MRT, and eateries nearby. A thumb up for this project. "

"Excellent location! 6-8 mins walk to Boon Keng MRT, which is 4 stations away from City Hall MRT. Lots of nice eateries surrounding. Complete facilities. Lovely place to live in! "
