"The Condo may be a bit old but very well maintained and clean. Very Quiet and cosy. It's walking distance to Clem MRT & it's Mid point between AYE, PIE, (BOTH WAYS), Commonwealth Ave road. If one road is jam, there's always alternative to ur destination. Super location."
