"A small development with very good maintenance given the estate already 16 years of age and the maintenance fees are low even compared to those HDB conservancy charges! Super convenience with MRT less than 2 mins away underground and so near to city, not to mention lots of famous eatery and City Square mall only 2 mins can reached by walking. 24 hours Mustafa shopping etc.. Overall, it is good, though it is at the junction, but it is quiet."

"This project is so convenience with underground walkway to MRT and City Square mall and other other various exit point .. the project is also very near to city but quiet living. The project itself has a outdoor gym and small pool and a mechanical self parked car park, for a small project that has only 32 units, it is more then sufficient. Maintenance fees is very reasonably low, thanks to the council that constantly looking after the maintenance of the estate, and that keeps the maintenance fees low without increasing every year. "
