"Location is 2 minutes sheltered walk to the Queenstown MRT. Full condo facilities with large and small swimming pool, tennis court, half court basketball court, 24-hour security. Condominium and facilities are well maintained."

"Fantastic location, unparalleled view and very good and spacious layout. There's Queens Peak nearby now, but I love Queens for its big spacious rooms and straightforward layout. This is something I wish new developments can have, but I can't find this much anymore. "

"There is no sign found around the facilities regarding the timing of facilities. Theres one guy came and shouted at us and the male Indian security guard was very unprofessional and rude to us when he could have talk nicely. It would be nice to put a sign so that people will know. As a new resident, terrible experience and very disappointed at the management."
