"A quiet project tucked along East Coast Road. Maintenance fees on high side, considering the scale of facilities. Parking may be a problem. "

"Beware potential future tenants and buyers. MCST of this condo is ridiculously rigid. Weird rules like not allowing deliveries to units all parcels (no matter how big for example a cabinet from Ikea, or perishable like fresh food) have to be placed on the table at the drop off point and residents have to lug all these items home themselves. Not allowing swimming lessons to be conducted on Sundays, even requiring a cheque deposit to be placed before allowing any swim coach in. Not allowing kids parties inflatable balloons on the ground. Amongst other weird rules. Only stay here if you wish to be subjected to unreasonable un-condo like living conditions."

"Security guard is an old chinese uncle who is rude and also a little dim witted. He is angrily demanding all visitors who are driving, to register on his Grabfood list, despite repeated assurance that I am a visitor, and my car does not have a Grab decal."

"I currently rent a 4bedroom property at Poshgrove. I have stayed at other condos around Singapore and have to admit this experience is at the bottom. The condo grounds itself could be better maintained. There are many loose paving stones which are hazardous for kids on scooters, some trees have very low branches, the shrubbery always looks in need of some trimming. The management are unhelpful, we have tried calling them about various issues but their response is always unhelpful. There is still some waterleak damage 4 months on which they are yet to fully resolve or followup on. Another issue i have is mgmt have some obscure policy whereby all parcels (even grocery) have to be collected from a table at the dropoff area. This policy was put in place during the covid restrictions in 2020 but mgmt still uses that excuse to carry it on despite objections from many residents. Currently there is also a policy whereby only 1 person can use the condo gym at anytime despite that not being any official guideline. The good points: the residents are super friendly, the penthouse apartments have a nice big balcony."
