According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Surroundings wise definitely not the best location. It's near to Vivocity and some offices that are not in CBD. But it's also right across from the ports of Singapore. It will likely take some time before the development will kick in to move the port out of this area and towards Tuas. Interior though, perfect place with solid value! All units have their private lift landing, and the units are humongous. 1.3k sqft for a 3 bedroom unit. Super comfortable for a couple (and perhaps a kid or two). If you do drive (you should) they have an automated carpark, which I guess they've preempted that they'll need for the location that they're at. No security team and no cab pickup point, so be a little mindful of not missing the gates right after the bus stop."
