Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Pasir Ris Town Park were very relaxing place to visit specially with friends, families or even just solo. You can easily locate it as it is very near the MRT station. Safe and clean environment which is good to have your children enjoy running. I highly recommend ti visit this place."

"Amazing place with a hidden treasure- Mangrove Boardwalk, and definitely a haven for children with the wide array of fun activities and play equipment at the playground! The iconic spiderweb has been there for the longest time! Love the play area- for kids 5-12 yo! So if you are not within this range, please refrain from using the play equipment so that they can last for several generations."
