"The owners of this listing clearly stole the entry of an older condo that may no longer exist just so they can publicize their upcoming project that will not top for few more years. The unscrupulous part is that they willbenefit from ratings dated going back for 4 years or more. There is really no condo here now, and not only that, this condo has been under construction for 2 plus years."

"Parksuites is an empty, boarded up piece of land next to Henry Park, and opposite the Henry Park primary school. There are only construction equipment and workers inside every day. It is marked as going to be a condo on the fence graphics, and has had construction there for almost 2 years (I think it could be 3 years, even). If you go to Google View, which is dated from 2 years go, there is also NO CONDO there. It is the 2 powerhouse type of things and some empty land, which is what was there before they tore them down or relocated them. So I repeat: there is no condo here now or in the last 2 years . I do not think there ever was any, even before that, called Park suites, and there are 43 reviews for this non-existent "nice apartment complex" and so-called beautiful condo."

"A nice apartment complex near the Lanai in Hill view apartments area. Residential complex with a beautiful swimming pool and other amenities. You even have vending machines for bread, juices and other packed eatables. Well maintained and good friendly staff to add to it. It's slightly up the hill which makes it slightly difficult to walk there from the nearest bus stop which is Hill View Brooks."
