As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Ultra-luxury project at $5,000 average psf. In this category, the more exclusive the product, the more desirable it is. Most of the 4 Bedroom units (the largest) are sold now. If the PSF doesn't put you off, the sheer sizes of the units should - 1,432 sqft for the smallest 2 Bedroom unit. Most Singaporeans will likely consider a landed property at these prices, but this is definitely more of a showpiece property more than anything else. Limited facilities on site due to the small land plot - just a 25m lap pool and 1 main dining facility. Views aren't too shabby on the higher floors. Huge psf difference between this and its neighbouring projects so would be interesting to see how this performs in the longer term. 4*s due to the exorbitant prices and lack of facilities but suitably luxurious"
