"Worst management I have seen in Singapore. Racist people in the security office who never listen to you nicely.. never recommend if you are willing to rent here or buy a unit."

"Cozy place with good amenities. The facilities is just nice for the number of users. The pool is relatively quiet. The place is windy, near to Pasir Ris park and beach. Good connection to highways for those who drives. Overall, a restful place."
