New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Very convenient condominium along Newton road! It's a little pricey, but if you're able to afford it, you're in very good hands. The place is a short bus ride to Orchard Road and the rest of town, and a short walk to Novena MRT station. It has all the malls you need around the area, and all the amenities you will use within the compounds. Although it's a single block, it is very well designed and the interior, although small, is sufficient for small families. This project is not for you if you're expecting larger interior and storage spaces; the 2BRs are about 800+sqft, and it's cozy enough for 1-2, maximum 3 persons."
