"I'd live here forever if I could! The location is unbeatable, the amount of space each room in the condo has it incredible for 2023, and the greenery around the condo has been core to having my peace. Super walkable, great community. And they just spent a ton upgrading all the condo facilities to be brand new. Super well maintained. My neighbor was saying no one ever wants to sell this place and I get why!"

"Sitting on elevated land with unblocked view, this is a very nice place to live - serenity, peace and greenery. Vintage looking building. A major upgrading was done last year, with the pool, car park and pavement all replaced. Only 72 units built on a large land plot of 220,000 sqft makes it very spacious. It is obviously a target for enbloc sale as well. Probably a matter of time. "

"The security guards on day light shift are extremely rude and no help at all accept for only 1 chinese security guard who is very kind and helpful. Only he who always giving the right direction and always offering help to anyone who need it"
