The region is a key aviation hub, housing the Paya Lebar Air Base and Changi Naval Base. Major airlines such as Singapore Airlines, Scoot and Jetstar also has their head offices in the area. Other major economic activity includes manufacturing, with industrial estates in Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Paya Lebar. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Excellent location obviously with the Simei MRT at doorsteps and lots of eateries within 2 min walk across the road. Quiet and peaceful - best part are the windows are double glazed once closed effectively and immediately cut off any external noise. Short drive to Jewel, East Coast Park, Pasir Ris Park, Changi Village etc.. Bang for Buck! and not to mention across the road Eastpoint shopping Mall, 24-hr NTUC , good clinics, Giant supermarket and schools beside...the list goes on. Convenience is key *** "

"Nice neighbourhood with full amenities. Awesome long lap pool and friendly security guards. 1 minute away from Eastpoint Mall and Simei MRT station and excellent choice of stay in Simei. A very good mixtures of residents of locals and foreigners which made up a friendly community within the condo itself."

"Yesterday there was a police car and fire engine regarding some fire that happened. When I called both the guardhouse and management they said it's nothing serious! They need to be more professional."

"Poor structural workmanship: 1. During rainy days, the rain will leak into the apartment, which also cause mold and ugly paint peels. 2. Walls leaking rain water too. It's been fixed at least a couple of times, but leaks still appear. 3. Very bad sound-proofing. Can hear upstairs and downstairs closing doors, even though they did so normally (not slamming). Can hear footsteps from upstairs too. Spent quite some money maintaining apt monthly"
