"The location is in a new building 5 minutes walk away from IKEA Tampines. Their reply on WhatsApp or Facebook is not that responsive but they will attend to you immediately if you visit to their office. Spent about 20 minutes there and I got my warranty issue resolved. I saw people complaining why the product did not go under proper QC before selling. I just want to say that this company may only responsible for warranty issue, they are not at the front line of production.."

"Bought a car phone holder through Challenger, less than 3 days of use, the clamp doesn't close. Went to have it replace with a brand new one at Murano Pte Ltd. Less than a day the same thing happen. Called them and told them the problem, I was very fustrated by the reply. Ask them if it keeps getting faulty, I would have to spend the time to travel all the way to their office to have it replaced. The answer was ya lor underi warranty you have to do that , they should QC their products before selling it in the market. Evthough"
