Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. "This is a nice condo tucked in Telok Blangah. Overseeing the beautiful Keppel country club, stretching across to harbourfront where one can see the Singapore biggest mall, Vivocity and Sentosa, the best recreational island in Singapore. Its convenient, spacious and quiet. Its a perfect place with great fengshui, with the back supported by hills and front with a picturesque view of the seas. Now that we are approaching National Day, we get to see the national day parade rehearsal on weekly basis! It's beautiful and feel patriotic."

"High rise 30 storey condo blocks with 154 units, some high floor units comes with amazing views of the south of singapore. Basic facilities like squash court, function room, swimming pool and gym. Nearest MRT station is Telok Blangah MRT which is 200m away. Accessible by the side gate and sheltered all the way. Very popular with tenants working in Alexandra Business Park"
