"The house floor layout is what made me select my house. There is no corridor space between rooms wasted. The house is well designed. Only complain is the facilities in the condo are old. We only use the swimming pool and my kids use the playground & exercise stations. Also the location is great. Mrt & Eastpoint mall less than 200 meters away. Only complain is no wet market in walking distance. "
