"Nice and quiet environment. Ample car parks for residents and for visitors. Facilities are well-maintained and the areas are well-kept and clean. The security team are professional. There are also the famous prata that is within walking distance. Great place to live. The main issue, is the road direction is one way! Once you have exited the car park. You have to exit the condo and make a big U-turn to enter the condo gain."

"Want to avoid secondhand smoke from neighbours This is one of the few condos with a smoke-free by-law. A stone's throw from Pierce Reservoir. Great for nature lovers."
