"Mayfair Modern and Mayfair Gardens will be the newest condominium coming up along this stretch of Bukit Timah. The rail corridor is literally just a stone's throw away and the upcoming sky park will be just in front of Mayfair Modern. The future integrated transport hub at Beauty World will only be less than 500m away."

"This is 2 block . 8th storey condominiums building. This location really peacefull and coolest . Ground floor car park . Private swimming pool . Inside room marble floor. Excellent interior design. There double bed room and master bedroom available. Depends your needed unit size available. Opposite Mayfair garden same but storey level only until 5th"
