"Marina Collection is one of many condos at Sentosa Cove which boasts of marina / sea views in the distance. Its resort style lifestyle is all the more important in our era of WFH. Yet, as we know it, Sentosa Cove condos have really not done well over the years in terms of their investment returns. Once marketed as the worlds most desirable address in well heeled cities such as Monte Carlo, London and Shanghai a decade ago, its original goal did not quite materialise. Make no mistake, residents here are still among the rich and famous globally. Owning a property at Marina Collection also gives you free access to the neighbouring One Degree 15 Club, which also allows you to berth your yachts, at a fee of course. The biggest downside to Sentosa properties is undoubtedly, and quite ironically, its location. It took me about 10 mins to drive from the entrance to the mainland Singapore, which would have been a pain if you do not have a car. Oh, and GrabFood here costs more too! Great for lifestyle, but 3*s for convenience, which can be a real pain!"

"Marina Collection is located in Sentosa Cove, a high-end and low-density residential area on Sentosa Island. Sentosa Island is the southernmost tourist and leisure destination in Singapore. The most attractive tourist attractions include; Resorts World, a large aquarium and Universal Studios etc. Marina Collection is the only luxury marina residential project in Singapore that can park mega yachts. It is adjacent to the famous yacht club ONE15 in the area. At the same time, every owner can also enjoy free yacht club membership. There are 400 villas and about 1,700 top luxury residences in the area. Due to the strict security management and extremely high privacy, it has attracted many foreign families and overseas corporate executives to move in. The famous sea-view luxury residence Marina Collection, with a unique Mediterranean design concept, creates a noble and luxurious low-density coastal community.
