New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Good facilities such as a tennis court for just 147 units. A welcoming entrance with plentiful basement parking lots. Unblocked landed views towards Evelyn Rd. However, plenty of competition in the Newton area for those hoping for more upside."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my viewing done today. The facilities, the view from the home units, the luxurious feel, the convenience, the location, the everything, was just impressive. Also the people staying here are not some random Toms, and I actually appreciate that. The carpark facilities are extremely solid, and there's always an abundance of parking lots."
