"Beautiful place but not very accessible for food or transport. You need to walk a great deal, and also climb quite a long flight of stairs. Also got bitten by mosquitoes quite a few times. Take note Other than that, overall still a nice place. It's peaceful and quiet."

"At the top of Holland Hill. Quiet, windy and nice environment. Near to nearby food centres in Holland Village and Commonwealth, walking distance about 400 to 600m. About 600m to HV MRT Station."

"Living in this condo for almost 3 years, and would never leave it if given a choice. It's quiet, bright and breezy. Very good material used for interiors: had to change only one switch and one bulb in 3 years. Pools are usually very quiet and many times you have it for yourself. Neighbors are very friendly. Security guards are honest (once they returned my wallet which I dropped at cab drop-off area in the night) and friendly. This condo is a hidden gem."
