Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Best condo of the Grove area, it felt like a private estate on its own. Lush gardening with pools everywhere. 3 entrance which is super easy access for the residents. Plenty of bus on Pasir Ris Drive One and MRT is just a short walk away. Unit size here are bigger compare to the other condos in same area, 2 + 1 study is a generous 915 sqft which is the size for 3 bedders for the other condo."

"Visited here in the PM. Generally pretty hot and stuffy, because whole area is built-up. Otherwise it seems clean. The little bits of greenery and shrub doing its best to beautify the area. Hopefully overtime the trees will grow and make the area more even more picturesque."
