"Beware! Property Management (Smart Property Mgmt.) is unresponsive and cannot fulfill a simple request. Getting a timely response here is like winning the lottery. Noise level is unbearable. Pool area is not thoroughly cleaned, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, the front gate tends to malfunction every two months and repairing it takes an additional month. There are better places to invest your money. I would highly recommend to think twice before signing on the dotted line."
