"accessibility to bus stop and ammenities - very convenient. But there are several owners here who guard the place like a hawk. They walk up to tenants and visitors like we are some pests. advise against renting. "

"Right in the middle between Clarke Quay, Orchard Road & Robertson Quay. Plenty of F&B and shopping options. However, condo has a really tiny pool and a smallish gym. Don't think there's a security guard. Taxis/uber cars that come in the condo can't get out without a remote as the gate doesn't open automatically!"
