"Estate poorly maintained by Propmag Management property officer namely Sereen Ho. Fire safety equipments are not well maintained and walking paths are unsafe with broken tiles at few locations. All lift intercom doesn't works and faulty . Not well lighted with many faulty lights. Too dark at night. Pet owners must take extra precautions as this estate is been put under risk with unsafe and dark paths. Property Officer not performing her task and doesn't go on rounds to check on estate issues. Putting residents and their pets on risk and unsafe manner."
