There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"I am surprised why there were a lot of negative reviews here. We lived in KG for 4 years and it was one of our best times in Singapore! (I have lived in like 8 apartments before that). Friendly neighbours, very family friendly. My kids love it. The walls are definitely not thin compared to new condos!! Great community and families, kids running around the lawn. The place is not tiptop but that adds to the charm of the condo."

"The management is very rude and their systems are not working. The neighbours are SO rude. Just a rubber ball bouncing and they come up complaining. Highly recommended to stay away"

"They fire the cleaners for nothing, and the drains are old and rusty. Many houses with renovations, and they renovate after the end date. Tell the management, the management don't care."
