Covering 13,500ha, the North Region is one of the five regions in Singapore. Located further from the Central Business District (CBD), the North Region offers ample greenery as well as a variety of work and play options. These include integrated developments such as Bukit Canberra, an integrated sport and community hub, and the upcoming Woodlands Health Campus, which will open progressively from the end of 2023. When fully opened, the Woodlands Health Campus will have around 1,400 beds to cater to residents in the North Region. The region will also benefit from enhanced connectivity as strategized in the Master Plan 2019. More cycling paths and park connectors will be constructed, with the WoodsVista Gallery offering pedestrian and cycling pathways connecting Woodlands MRT, Admiralty Park and Woodlands Waterfront Park.

"Location/amenities: there are restaurants nearby. Bealieu House and zi char stall nearby within walking distance. Walk Abit more we have all supermarket we need. We are near sembawang Park. Good place for relaxing. Connectivity: We have shuttle bus (and to the fellow who say long queue...don't anyhow say cos don't have long queue. It's a small development so we won't have long queue) and our shuttle bus goes to Yishun, the most convenient location. Bus is nearby, not pathetic cos u walk Abit more u have bus 169, 883 and 882..very convenient. Most importantly, the place here is quiet and clean and nice."

"Super ulu and I wonder anyone will make any profit from this project . Can forget about the price appreciation and rental yield is super bad . I cant think of anyone with a sensible mind will buy this project . No school within 1 km , no mrt , zero amenities, only one pathetic bus service and expect a long queue for the condo shuttle bus and if u home late expect to take a cab back."

"Its Ulu Ulu, but its heaven! Landscaping great, pool amazing, finishes so so la la, in carpark and entrance, not well designed, too many alterations needed to be done internally, externally work in progress but we live most the quiet & peaceful location!"
