"It's a quiet and peaceful residential condo of 5 levels. Freehold property. Only the 5th floor condo units come with 2 floors, so all the 5th floor condos have a staircase within their individual apartments. The 1st level (street level) has only 1 large unit. Levels 2 to 5 have 11 units on each floor. Its a small estate with only 45 condo units. It has a small but long swimming pool, one BBQ pit with a wash basin and just one outdoor table with 4 chairs, a big mechanical car park, outdoor parking area and only 1 lift serving all 5 floors. TOP in early 2014. There are many various unit sizes and configurations with the smallest unit having a floor area of 388 sq ft and the largest unit has a floor area of 1119 sq ft."
