"The hot tubs are comically hot. Or occasionally cold. But mostly just too hot for humans. Almost never a decent temperature. My place is falling to pieces. Cracks in the wall. Broken trash chute handle. Broken door handle. The pool is nice, the security and cleaners and office people are nice, the location is great, everything else is just kinda mediocre to poor."
