With a land area of 25,500ha, the West Region is the largest of the five regions in Singapore. Jurong East is the regional centre of the region, while Jurong West is the most populous town in the region. A large number of Singapore's heavy industry companies are concentrated in the West Region. These are mainly petrochemical companies, comprising of international players such as BP, ExxonMobil, DuPont, Mitsui Chemicals and Shell. The West Region is also at the forefront of the government's industrial development efforts. The government plans to develop the Jurong Lake District and Jurong Innovation District into the second Central Business District (CBD) area in Singapore. Additionally, the Tuas Mega Port, upon completion in the 2040s, is anticipated to be the world's single largest container port with an annual capacity of 65 million TEUs.

"An underrated gem. Excellent facilities, newly purchased gym equipment and excellent tennis/squash courts and a lap pool on top of a beautiful landmark swimming pool. Recent years has seen this an influx of German/Spanish/US expats on top of the usual Korean families. Very good condo management and was surprised how quickly and professionally they answered queries and fixed any reported defects. Very impressive and well connected with 4 (6-7 if u include those at the other entrances) public buses at the door step going to various malls. Downtown line MRT just 600m away (sheltered walk) is another advantage to this condo. Huge spacious interiors with some very beautiful units at a size one can hardly find in Singapore these days (particularly those renovated ones)"

"Looking at this condo Think twice...the guard is quite rude to the guest Shouting and pointing at the guest who can't remember the visitor unit . Ask the guest don't pretend to come here free !! I hope the management do review that seriously and better to takeout the cctv footage of the guard attitude toward the guest."
