"Can actually be good value for the size (3000 sqft) and convenient location when renting... if you can negotiate a good deal. Depending on the stack/height some apartments have nice district views and are not overlooked, but others face into local hotels. Quiet location as situated at top of cul de sac but quick access to Orchard/Paragon or Scotts road (via Goodwood Park Hotel). Facilities are pretty good and nice environment, particularly for young families. Loads of restaurants nearby and NTUC, also quick place to get taxis/Grabs from."
