"You can't beat Boat Quay South Wing for an ideal location to some of the best restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Equally well situated for business meetings downtown. The place is well maintained and well appointed. If you're planning a stay be aware you're in the heart of the entertainment quarter. Some evenings the music from nearby bars can get a bit loud. Having said that, the rooms are quite well sound proofed so it's often just a mild "thump, thump" of bass notes. Staff are very friendly and respond really quickly via WhatsApp. There's also a public bar on Level 5 (called Southgate), which has spectacular views over Singapore River, good selection of drinks and quality food."

"Fantastic Location and Clean Apartments. Self Check-in was a bit rough as the wifi connection was slow to start and thus difficult to install the key, but a staff member quickly came out to help. In addition, the staff ensures you have direct connection with them and provide support as best as they can via Whatsapp. I was quite well supported by Kenneth, Irean, Jarwin, Jun Wee and Naw, as they accomodated check-in times as best as they could to fit my requests. Bedroom was clean and had everything necessary, and an easy laundry system for longer stays. Overall a good experience, highly recommend and would rebook."

"Room got river view and equipped with a washing machine, fridge and microwave oven, which is abit more like an airbnb apartment. Check in and out are all via phone, no reception counter. The place manager was helpful and room was clean."

"I love staying there, booked a few times, Kenth, Wenny and Irean were very helpful thanks you guys they were amazing staffs, nice place, good location and nice ppl . Highly recommended!"

"Location was awesome. Although my room was right above the restaurant, it wasn't that noisy. Communication with staff was done via WhatsApp who are responsive. Only complain was that room wasn't that clean. There was a layer of dust on top of the fridge (which is at eye level) and the table had some visible dirt on it. Toilet has some strands of hair. Not that big an issue though. Overall, it was a good stay. Very comfortable bed"
