"A pretty scary place- hear sounds at night and visitors drop by unannounced. Valuation justified"

"Good information but terrible service. I got a 3 months subscription and no where did it mention that it will be recurring and automatically charged to my card once the 3 months is up. There is n where in the website to cancel the subscription as well. I called them about this but nothing is being done and I have been charged two times extra already. I sent an email as well but have not heard back -.- In addition, I previously had issues signing into my account. My account was somehow linked to a stranger's phone number and therefore I couldn't sign in using my phone number. Although this has been resolved after I called in, overall I find their account security to be poor."
