"Peaceful, serene (low use road outside), convenient to go anywhere (direct bus to Outram MRT, Harbourfront MRT, CBD, West Coast, One North), bus stop just outside condo), practical facilities (pool & landscaping, gym, bbq area, sheltered carpark)"

"Rude condo management, they don't care about the tenants. Lift breaks very often. Small gate stayed broken 2 months before finally repearing it. After that, the big gate broke and stayed broken more then a month before reparing it. Asking help from condo management gets responses like "It's not my problem". I recommend you rent another place."
