"A rather old condominium development that has a pool and not many units. Most of the units are large and being situated in that location allows for convenient travel on the Circle Line since the Pasir Panjang Station is 2 minutes' walk away. Its proximity to the Pasir panjang Food Centre also makes it a good place to live in."
