"It's a very interesting condominium development, being around all the other newer developments around here. It's now 20 odd years old, and the vibes are definitely old-ish. If you're looking for something contemporary, this may not be for you. Location wise it's very conveniently located at the end of Keng Chin road, short walk from Bukit Timah main road. Also it's 1km to SCGS, ACS primary schools; if families are looking at that for their kids. Price point is reasonable for what you get, if you're ultimately able to find the right listing to suit your preferences."
