Other amenities are Toa Payoh Stadium, Toa Payoh Sports Hall and Toa Payoh Swimming Complex. The Toa Payoh Stadium can sit 3,500 people, and has hosted S.League club games.

As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Overall, a very good development that is generally undervalued. Full facilities including 2 pools, elevated gym and even tennis court. Low maintenance fees. Breezy and quiet environment. Landscape is regularly well-maintained and the multiple water features add pluses to the surroundings. Took only 6-minutes for a slow walk to Boon Keng MRT Station which is just 3 stations from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Interchange. For drivers and cab-takers, access to PIE and CTE is fantastic. Further, drives to Bugis/ Suntec/ CBD/ Novena are a breeze. Plenty of good food near the development. Park connector to the National Stadium is right in front of the development. Truly, difficult to find something better at these prices. "

"I am the property owner. On 4 Apr, I experienced lift drop on my way home. From level 26 to level 22. I managed to escape after making emergency call. Immediately I emailed MCST asking for root cause and preventive measure as this impose huge risk to our safety. I followed up 4 times until now. I dont see any reply from them. I feel disappointed by MCST and if possible, we should replace the existing MCST who wont value their customer health and safety."

"As a condominium, it's very well built and very well structured. The entrance leads you straight into the carpark and all the blocks. There's no ground level driving space. But, it also silos up every block, so you'll likely just drop off straight at the block you need to get to, without ever intermingling with the other blocks. As a result, it's very easy to build discretion in whatever you're attempting to do (if you're able to read between the lines). As a community, can get a little messy. That said, it's a convenient condominium."
