ECOPOLITAN is located along Punggol Walk in Punggol, in District 19. It is accessible through the nearest MRTs including Punggol NE17, PTC and Sengkang STC, NE16.

Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 19, which is comprised of Hougang, Punggol, Sengkang and Serangoon Gardens. These four areas are mostly residential with recreational and commercial amenities. Hougang is the largest HDB town in Singapore based on land area. Private houses can be found in the Lorong Ah Soo and Rosyth areas. Originally comprised of forests and pig-rearing farms, Hougang has evolved into a vibrant residential area with a wide array of amenities. Residents can leisurely cycle along the 4.2km-long Punggol Waterway or head to Coney Island, a 133ha island popular for jet skiing and camping. Sengkang has experienced rapid development since its early days as a fishing village. It is now a satellite residential town with a well-developed LRT system offering access to different parts of Sengkang. Sengkang also offers a wide array of work and play amenities, with the main shopping mall Compass One being Singapore's first thematic shopping centre based on the theme of learning.

The North-East Region is the second largest and most densely populated of the five regions in Singapore, with Sengkang being its most populous town. Spanning 13,810ha, the North-East Region is mainly a residential region and housing estate largely comprised of HDB flats. In addition to a myriad of amenities including hospitals, parks, schools and transport options, the region is also home to a few tourist attractions such as Pulau Ubin and Coney Island. Seletar Aerospace Park, which comprises of several aviation manufacturing and research facilities by companies such Rolls-Royce and Singapore Technologies Aerospace, provide employment opportunities to residents both within and beyond the region. Sengkang General Hospital, a 1000-bed hospital, is the largest in the region and is built to further the government's efforts to provide quality and accessible healthcare to all Singaporeans.

"I'm staying here, and I love the place as it's quiet, yet it's very easy and near to go to any interesting place such as Punggol Waterway (10 mins), Punggol Interchange/Punggol MRT (9 mins), SAFRA, Punggol Hub, I heard big hawker center coming soon at the opposite of Punggol Waterway I love the BBQ place, as it's near the pond and swimming pool, and also it's a huge space, I normally have a nice BBQ with my big group of friends. The balcony facing the TPE is actually the best, as it's unblock and so breezy, always feel great to chill and relax at the balcony, either with the family and friends. I love this condo so much. Believe this one of the closest condo to Punggol Digital District (Singapore's Silicon Valley). I think by the time the PDD ready, the condo price and the amenities around this will be so vibrant and interesting. Definite satisfaction here."

"Ecpolitian is an EC that TOP in 2016 and MOP in 2021 August. As you know this development is under Qing Jian, and the quality and furnishing is not as good as other developers. There are official news reported by Straits Time on major defects including water works issue resulting in foul smell in various units. In Punggol alone, there are 4 EC/condos developed by them; Waterbay, River isles, Riverparc Rssidence and Ecopolitian. In terms of floorplan, i would say the 3 bedders and 4 bedders are of squarish layout and its easy to fit in your carpentry works or off-the-shelves furniture. For the 4 bedder dual keys (3+studio), the studio layout is quite tight and you will have challenge putting a small sofa or a small dining table. (studio not so suitable for rental..see further comments below). For common facilities and common areas are well maintained and are better than other ECs in Punggol. In terms of locations, it is the worst placement in Punggol, where the main entrance is situated along the end of Punggol Walk Roundabout, and side gate opens along Punggol Way towards slip road to TPE (walking distance to bus-stop). This EC is directly right beside the TPE Expressway. .. If you want to take a bus towards Punggol Interchange, you have to either walk and cross overhead bridge opposite of Punggol Way (via side gate) or walkout of main entrance and walk around Punggol Green Primary School towards Punggol Field bus-stop (beside Twin Waterfall EC). For residents staying here who don't drive, you will face inconvenience in getting to the amenities. The closest supermarket and coffeeshop is at Punggol Place 273C around 8mins+. Alternatively you can walk to Punggol Field Blk 218 around 10mins. If you are a buyer who is very particular on noise level, there are limited stack you can choose from, and those quieter stacks are facing the main entrance and opposite Twin waterfall EC's main entrance."
