"The apartments are nice enough, cheap materials used wherever possible though: doors, handles, faucets,... WORST is: facility management Cresendas stuff DOES NOT CARE a bit about issues arrising. It usually takes them several days to just reply to emails, even after being chased. Serious Safety and Health issues are not responded to only after chasing several times. The staircase and flour outside the apartment is supposed to be cleaned daily but is absolutey filthy and full with gecko feces. The person appointed to take of facilities is one of the most lazy persons I have ever met and is usually found in his room downstairs next to the entrance listening to loud blaring music or TV shows."
