"D'Almira is a small condominium on 33 Sommerville Road. The entire condominium is self-managed, meaning there is no physical security presence. The gates are automatic and entry is either by key-fob or if the resident lets you in - there's an intercom just outside the gate with camera facility. While relatively small, D'Almira has a decent-sized swimming pool, a couple of open green spaces with benches, and beautiful landscaping. The condominium is built on a hill so there are steps leading to different levels of the common area. There's not really a gym; more like a room filled with exercising equipment but it gets the job done. Houses inside are of different sizes, from two to four bedrooms. Some apartments have two levels and the lift goes to each level - which is kind of cool because you can take the lift straight up to your bedroom level and bypass the downstairs living room. Rooms tend to be a bit small but this is the norm and families mostly have little trouble adapting to the space. The top levels get plenty of wind and unrestricted views of the surroundings. Large windows provide ample lighting and most houses have shades or curtains. Parking within D'Almira for visitors is subject to the residents though generally this is discouraged. Fortunately street parking is almost never a problem. People are generally nice and friendly."
