"Pros: Peaceful neighborhood, great pool, and only 4 units per floor. Feels very spacious. Cons: Building management a little too strict. Can't eat or drink near the pool. Also had the unfortunate circumstance to be located above a family who prefer a lot of quiet :("

"It's an old condo complex that is in a quiet street (other than being surrounded by construction work). The facilities are basic (pool and small gym). No undercover parking. However, what makes this place so bad is the management committee who truly are a bunch of retards. They are committed to ensuring no one in the complex has any enjoyment e.g. no eating or drinking around the pool, no using the mezzanine patio area for entertaining or just having an evening drink, remove the table tennis table, plastering the place with warning about what you cannot do, and the penalties if you are caught doing what you are not allowed to do. F$%king idiots"
