"Location no doubt is good, great amenities, near east coast beach..shopping malls, fantastic food around. Perfect for short term stay.. Not for family, very limited facilities as a condo. Its clean kudos to the cleaners but things are a bit old, and ditry for some infrastructure. Outdated facilities. Investment maybe but family stay not recommend tho."

"One key word: Location Very convenient especially for those that love to live close to bars, cafes and restaurants. Condo pretty well maintained, with ample parking spaces. Slightly noisy from the MRT constructions but nothing unbearable (just close the windows). It will be very much worth it in a few years' time with the convenience and connectivity of the MRT."

"A modern condo complex that is mid-sized. Easy walking to shops and buses. The one-bed spaces here are very box like and not very imaginative. Regardless, an excellent location if you can live without the MRT."
