"Big size development not over crowded like the other mega projects with over 1400 units. Walking distance with sheltered walkways to MRT from the side gate. 2 coffeeshops within 150meters and more shops available at the new BTO flats good potential capital appreciation. "

"My wife and I came down at lunch time, we thought it's an amazing project. We walked from Clementi mall to here under 10 mins and had a very impressive tour. We were told that it's only a registration of interest now. Actual sale date is on 12 of December! Keep us posted! Thanks!"
