"Friendly local building materials supplier. Good alternative to the expensive hardware shops at the malls and they have things you won't find there (lumber, sand, professional grade worksite tools, etc). Location is a bit inconvenient if using public transport, but ok by Grab of course. Had a small issue with the amount of sand I purchased being less than expected. Was able to resolve the situation over email."
