"Everything is expensive, clean and comfortable. They safe the buiding by fingerprint. Around 300.000USD to buy 1 apartment ( 50m2 1 bedroom, 1 small kitchen+livingroom, 1wc, 1 store 2m2), can drink water directly from water pipes"
