"This development is located at the intersection of district 10 & 21. It is closer to dist 10 than dist 21. It has a European arcitectural facade & located in a serene residential area. The units layout are very well planned with no wastage of space. ... No big balconies, planters & bay windows. Bedrooms are spacious. The unusually high ceiling throughout the entire unit not only gives it a grand look, but provides good ventilation & it's windy all day. During the year end period the wind is especially cool. Although our bedrooms faced the afternoon sun, we hardly feel the heat. Not many residents use the pool & the barbeque pits. It is a very peaceful estate & at night the only sound you can hear is the crickets calling. Dover MRT is less than 10 mins' walk. A bus-stop is just outside the estate with bus service to Buona Vista, Ghim Moh & Jelita. Very convenient for people who use public transport."

"Elegant condominium. Nearly drowned in the pool on a visit to my cousin when I was 10 because I didn't know it was shallow at the sides and deepest in the middle instead of sloping from one end to the other!"
