"Cavenagh Court is a freehold development that was completed in 1970s. Yet this development is very well maintained, looks great from the outside. Once you entered the development, you will be amazed that signs of ageing leave very little trace on this development. This must have been the result of a strong Managing Agent coupled with a committed driven Resident Management Committee. The greenery and the swimming pool (though not the 50m lap pool that is common in big mass condo developments) is still very well maintained. There is a small gym with a threadmill machine. There is even a children playground with trampoline. This development provides great access to owners with cars with access to Bukit Timah Road. Very near to KK Hospital, Little India MRT, shopping malls at Novena MRT. Also very near ACS."
